How long will it take for my order to arrive?95% of our orders are shipped on the next business day. Weekend orders and/or orders that have custom or temporarily out-of-stock items may be slightly delayed. Our standard ground shipping takes 3-7 business days for the continental United States. Second day Air UPS is also available. If you need different delivery methods such as Overnight, you may call us at 1-714-625-8852 for your shipping quote and to order. Shipping Restrictions:Due to local, state, and regional laws, we do NOT ship DVDs and certain Novelties to the locations listed below.If these restrictions apply to you, remove product from your shopping cart in order to checkout.
Handcuff Restrictions:Naughtypartystore.com does not ship handcuffs outside of the United States. Return & Exchange Policy:We return or exchange for STORE CREDIT only, please order carefully.To ensure the safety and health of our customers we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk or any item that comes into contact with ANY bodily fluid (saliva, semen, urine, blood, et al). Once these items leave our warehouse, we consider them to be used and non-resalable.These items include (but we are NOT limited to):
1. All products are warranted by us for 30 days from the invoice date. If any product is found DEFECTIVE within that 30 day period, please contact us for an exchange. We will exchange ANY defective item for that same item only. 2. We will be glad to exchange NON-DEFECTIVE items that do not constitute a health risk for 30 days from the invoice date. All NON-DEFECTIVE returns will be issued Store Credit for the amount of the item. 3. The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping charges, unless item is defective. Cancellation Policy:Once an order has been submitted your credit/debit card will be charged immediately. Our ordering process is streamlined so your order will immediately be sent to processing and then shipping. Due to the high volume of orders we receive we will be unable to cancel an order after being submitted. Please order carefully.
